Two-component hard–soft plastic connector components form part of GBM’s documented e-mobility injection-moulding work. A rigid carrier component is transferred into a second cavity using an index plate within the mould. The softer second component bonds to the carrier during subsequent moulding, creating an integrated hard–soft part. The illustrated manufacturing cycle combines the injection mould, index-plate transfer and automated demoulding. Product imagery must show the actual completed component or clearly identified product family, not merely the moulding machine.
