We manufacture customised thermoplastic injection-moulded components according to individual customer requirements. Our injection moulding machines operate with clamping forces between 50 and 100 tonnes, for parts with published weights from 2 to 400 g. Materials processed include PA6 and PA66, POM, PC, ABS, PE and PP. Our in-house toolmaking capability supports production flexibility, and we also offer the overmoulding of metal inserts with plastic. Component design and applications are specified for each customer project.
