At JENNY | WALTLE, we develop and supply customised aluminium, metal and plastic components from Frastanz, Austria. Our offering includes thermoplastic injection moulding, precision metalworking, assembly and coordinated supply services. A combination of in-house production capabilities and a broad supply network allows us to support individual technical requirements.
Our injection-moulding facilities process engineering and commodity thermoplastics, including PA, POM, PC, ABS, PE and PP. We also provide plastic overmoulding of metal inserts and maintain our own tooling capability. Custom-built LEAN workstations support the efficient assembly of components and subassemblies.

Our thermoplastic injection-moulding operations manufacture customised components using injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 50 to 100 tonnes. Published part weights range from 2 to 400 g. We process materials including PA6, PA66, POM, PC, ABS, PE and PP, and operate our own toolmaking capability to respond to individual requirements.
Our assembly teams combine individual parts into complex components and subassemblies at purpose-built LEAN and Kaizen workstations. We design and build the workstations in-house and support assembly with coordinated materials supply, Kanban arrangements and logistics. The service integrates component production with end finishing and delivery.
Our production offering includes individually specified technical components made from plastic as well as aluminium and metal. Thermoplastic processing options include PA6/PA66, POM, PC, ABS, PE and PP. We support customers with advice on selecting a suitable manufacturing process and coordinate production, finishing and supply.
