Our injection-moulding operation manufactures technical plastic components for industrial, automotive and medical applications. Twelve injection moulding machines are equipped with linear or six-axis robot handling. The company reports part shot weights from 0.5 g to 1,000 g, with annual production lots of approximately 1,000 to 1,000,000 pieces. We support customer-specific geometries and a selection of engineering polymers.

The documented production capability concerns injection moulds; compression mould expertise is not asserted.

Our engineering department develops moulding tools in close coordination with production. We use Siemens NX and Autodesk PowerMill during design and manufacturing preparation. Digital data exchange supports STEP, IGES and other standard engineering formats. This integrated approach helps translate customer requirements into production-ready tooling.

We manufacture assemblies combining internally produced plastic components with selected purchased parts. Our assembly services cover medical technology items and technical components for diverse industrial customers. Manual finishing and small-batch processing are available for individual customer requirements. External partners can support specialist coating and decoration processes when requested.

We support customers from initial part ideas through product engineering and manufacture. The design workflow is linked directly to toolmaking, injection moulding and assembly operations. Modern CAD and CAM solutions support project communication and manufacturability evaluation. Prototype plastic models can be prepared before final tools are manufactured.

Our four extrusion blow-moulding machines produce plastic hollow bodies, including products intended for medical applications. The company also identifies brake-fluid and oil reservoirs among its product examples. The blow-moulding operation complements injection moulding and supports hollow plastic components with demanding geometries. We combine production knowledge with downstream assembly and finishing operations.

We manufacture extrusion blow moulds within our in-house tooling operation for use in plastic hollow-body production. Closely integrated tooling and production departments facilitate corrections, modifications and efficient industrialisation. Toolmaking resources include modern CNC machining and EDM equipment. The company states that the tooling it manufactures is used for its own production.
