About PLASTIN S.r.l.
PLASTIN S.r.l. is an Italian producer of technical thermoplastic components based in Correggio, Reggio Emilia. Our business was established in 1996 and later expanded its injection-moulding capability through the acquisition of TRE.BI’s relevant business operations in 2004.
Our manufacturing combines injection moulding and blow moulding with engineering, CAD/CAM mould design, toolmaking and rapid prototyping. Our production facility operates ten injection moulding machines in the 25–350 tonne range, three accumulator-head blow moulding machines and three continuous-extrusion blow moulding machines.
We manufacture HDPE canisters, tanks, curved, drainage and suction tubes, filters and customised plastic components. Applications include hydraulic power units, lift equipment, floor-cleaning machines, domestic appliances, industrial pressure washers and laboratory equipment.

Blow molded parts
We manufacture blow-moulded thermoplastic containers and tanks using accumulator-head and continuous-extrusion blow moulding equipment.
Technical parts
We supply plastic technical components and accessories for hydraulic power packs, industrial equipment, cleaning machinery and related sectors.
Mold design
Our technical department develops bespoke mould designs using 3D CAD/CAM and prepares models for customer review and manufacturing.
Prototyping
Our technical workflow includes rapid prototyping with an in-house 3D printer before tool manufacture and production.
Injection and compression molds
Our mechanical workshop manufactures moulds for injection-moulded parts. We also produce blow mould tooling.
Blow molds
Our workshop builds tooling for blow-moulded products as part of the company’s integrated manufacturing capabilities.
Part design
Our technical office reviews and develops customer component designs in three-dimensional CAD before prototype and tooling stages.
