We produce precision injection-moulded plastic components using automated injection presses, robotics and controlled production environments.

Our technical department designs precision injection moulds to match the component design and intended manufacturing process.

We construct and test custom injection moulds for medium and small plastic components using CNC machining and EDM finishing.

We manufacture precision injection-moulded plastic components in our ISO 8 cleanroom at the Luni facility. Our dedicated 135 m² moulding area is equipped with three injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 10, 90 and 110 tonnes, supporting production under controlled environmental conditions for demanding applications.

We perform plastic component assembly and finishing operations in a dedicated 103 m² area of our ISO 8 cleanroom. Our controlled environment supports ultrasonic welding, pad printing, assembly, quality control and product testing, with HEPA-filtered air handling and dedicated workstations.

We support customers through application analysis, design assessment and technical definition of injection-moulded parts.

We supply functional and aesthetic plastic components for medical, electronic, lighting and household-appliance applications.

Our finishing operations include pad printing on injection-moulded components.

We carry out mould trials and sample-part validation during tool development and production preparation.
