Injection molded parts
Precision injection molding of thermoplastics, including miniature parts, 2K components and customer-designed housings. The published plastic injection volume is up to 400 cm³.
Karl Kühnlein GmbH is a family-run plastics and elastomer processor based in Mammendorf, Bavaria, with more than 70 years of company history. Approximately 50 employees manufacture precision injection-molded and compression-molded parts for automotive, medical, electronics and industrial customers in Germany and abroad. The company carries out its production at the Mammendorf site.
The product range covers thermoplastics, technical engineering polymers, elastomers and silicone rubber. Capabilities include micro-injection molding, two-component hard–soft combinations, plastic–metal overmolding and specialist processes for small and complex components. Plastic molded parts can start at 0.001 g, while the company also offers larger elastomer components and a wide selection of polymer grades.
In-house engineering and toolmaking support component development from initial feasibility analysis and prototypes to serial production. The company designs injection and compression molds with CAD/CAM and filling simulation, and provides post-processing, surface finishing, assembly and quality assurance. Its quality system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
