Injection molded parts
Automated single-component thermoplastic injection moulding with clamping forces of 50–1,300 t in Germany, plus multi-component moulding on 85–450 t machines.
Gentner GmbH is a family-run German plastics processor based in Kammerstein, with a business history dating to 1966. The company supplies technical injection-moulded parts and finished assemblies for automotive, consumer goods, electronics and electrical engineering applications. It combines part engineering, materials advice and process development with series manufacturing.
At its German production site, Gentner offers single-component injection moulding with clamping forces from 50 to 1,300 tonnes and multi-component moulding from 85 to 450 tonnes. Its manufacturing services include tool design and coordination, in-house and partner toolmaking, robot-based coating and detailed quality control with 3D measurement, surface and functional testing.
Downstream operations include ultrasonic welding, hot-gas riveting, hot staking, bonding and laminating. Gentner also operates alongside its Romanian sister facility PQ Plast SRL, whose production and leather-trimming capabilities are separate from the German site. The company publishes ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certificates, and supports projects from concept through ready-to-install components.
