Injection molded parts
Injection molded thermoplastic components in 1K and 2K configurations, using presses with 250–2,600 kN clamping force. Supports prototype, small-series and high-volume manufacturing.
KON-FORM Kunststofftechnik GmbH develops and produces precision injection moulds and technical plastic components in Hatzfeld-Reddighausen, Germany. Its activities encompass production-oriented design, in-house mouldmaking, thermoplastic injection moulding and support from prototype tooling to series manufacturing. The company produces complex 1K and 2K components with clamping forces of 250–2,600 kN.
Engineering capabilities include Siemens NX 3D mould design, filling and warpage simulations, core-back tooling, gas-assisted injection moulding, insert moulding and in-mould decoration. The toolmaking department manufactures moulds up to 1,000 × 800 mm and 2.5 tonnes. Customer projects can also include assembly and inspection of functional units through the company and designated group facilities.
KON-FORM serves automotive, electrical and electromechanical, household-appliance and optical applications. The firm has around 35 employees according to its published company profile and has belonged to the Schock Metall Group since June 2021. It combines local engineering and injection moulding with the wider group's industrial supply chain.

Complex functional mouldings for automotive, household appliances, electrical engineering and optical applications; includes insert-moulded housings and GID components.
In-house manufacture of injection moulds, including multi-component, core-back, IMD, gas-injection and insert-moulding tooling. Moulds up to 1,000 × 800 mm and 2,500 kg.
Siemens NX 3D tool design, injection moulding filling and warpage simulation, part geometry optimisation, tool documentation and drawings.
Prototype and low-volume tooling, sampling and iterative validation are offered as part of the transition from engineering to series manufacture.
Supply of complete plastic-based assemblies, including coordinated assembly and testing through KON-FORM and Schock Group partner facilities; third-party site capabilities are not attributed to the local plant.
In-mould decoration using film back-moulding (IMD) is evidenced by KON-FORM trim-panel examples; surface finishing can also be coordinated for customer-specific assemblies.
