Injection molded parts
Injection moulding of customer-specific thermoplastic components in three-shift series production, including two-component processing and injection-compression moulding.
KTS Kunststoff Technik Schmölln GmbH is a German plastics processor based in Schmölln, Thuringia. Established in 1991, the business specialises in complex injection-moulded plastic components, design-oriented housings and ready-to-install functional assemblies for demanding industrial customers. Its work covers requirements analysis, plastic-compatible design and tool engineering through to series production.
The company manufactures thermoplastic components using automated injection moulding, two-component processing and injection-compression moulding. In-house tooling capabilities and specialist partners support mould development and simulation. Its production is organised in three shifts, with integrated material handling, robotic automation and customer-specific assembly systems.
KTS also provides sophisticated finishing, including pad printing, hot stamping, painting, EMC coating and plastic joining. Its integrated quality system supports first-sample approval, process capability checks and traceability. In 2025, the company completed a management buyout and continued operating independently under managing director Tobias Losse.
