Pöppelmann Kunststoff-Technik GmbH & Co. KG, operating under Pöppelmann K-TECH®, develops and manufactures tailored injection-moulded plastic solutions for automotive and industrial customers. Based in Lohne, Germany, the business supports projects from initial concepts and engineering through tooling and serial production.
Its capabilities include precision injection moulding, in-house mould making, CATIA-based product development, mould-filling analysis, structural simulation and component assembly. K-TECH integrates lightweight construction technologies, fibre-reinforced materials and functional design to meet complex mechanical and electrical requirements.
The portfolio includes automotive mobility and electronics components, connector-protection and cable-management solutions, as well as industrial parts for e-bikes, protective equipment and charging infrastructure. A strong focus is placed on material efficiency, recycled polymers and circular solutions, supported by testing, laboratory validation and in-house material expertise throughout development.
