Custom Injection and Compression Mould Tools

MKW designs and manufactures custom tooling for the production of thermoplastic and thermoset injection-moulded parts and resin-based pressed components. The in-house tool shop processes moulds and fixtures of up to 5,000 kg and uses three- and five-axis milling, EDM, grinding and turning. Dedicated technical engineering and fast coordination with the production department help ensure moulds can be adapted and improved as required.
