Custom Injection Molds and Production Tooling

Our toolmaking team designs and manufactures customer-specific injection molds within the Klaus facility. The published portfolio includes stack molds, multi-component molds, multi-cavity molds, overmolding molds and prototype molds. The toolroom uses five-axis CNC machining, HSC milling, die-sinking and wire EDM, grinding and three-dimensional metrology. Tools can be assembled, maintained and tested alongside our in-house injection molding operation before their release for serial use. This connection between engineering, toolmaking and production helps support projects requiring precise and technically demanding molds.
