We manufacture precision injection-molded plastic components for customer-specific applications, from initial samples through pilot lots to large series. Our injection molding operations use 49 machines with clamping forces between 60 and 500 tonnes. Materials handled include common thermoplastics and selected reinforced polymers, while overmolding and multi-component applications are also supported. In an officially documented A.M.I. medical-device project, Lercher produced ten plastic components with demanding transparency and surface requirements. Each component specification is defined with the customer, supported by design, tooling and process engineering.
