GHS Plastic GmbH is a German manufacturer of customer-specific technical injection-molded plastic components based in Ruhla, Thuringia. The company serves customers across Europe in ventilation and water technology, escalator systems, automotive applications, mechanical engineering, construction, electronics and other industrial markets.
Its production capabilities include thermoplastic injection molding from standard polymers through engineering materials such as PVC-U, flexible PVC, PVDF, PPS and LCP. The company publishes a current machine range of 50–650 tonnes and supports the development of customized components from design review and material selection through sampling and series production.
GHS is particularly experienced in PVC and PVDF fittings for ventilation and water-handling applications. It also manufactures two-component rollers for escalators and moving walkways and provides secondary services such as assembly and surface finishing.
