About Giebeler GmbH
Founded in 1956, Giebeler GmbH is a family-owned German manufacturer based in Eschenburg, combining precision injection moulding with in-house tool development and production. Its integrated approach covers project planning, engineering, simulation, mould construction and sampling, followed by series manufacturing of demanding plastic components.
The company operates more than 40 injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 300 to 16,000 kN. Its tooling capabilities include single- and multi-component moulds, multi-cavity systems and specialist concepts. Additional services comprise measurement and quality documentation, pad printing, coatings, automated or manual assembly and worldwide mould maintenance.
Giebeler serves automotive and mobility, electrical engineering, building systems, household appliances, medical technology and solar applications. It supports projects ranging from small production batches to long-term high-volume series, backed by certified quality and environmental management systems.

Injection and compression molds
In-house production of single- and multi-component, multi-cavity and gas-assisted injection moulds, with mould weights up to 15 tonnes.
Mold design
Mould engineering includes design, Moldflow simulation and warpage analysis, with documented concepts and design changes.

Customer-specific functional plastic components for mobility, electronics, building services and household technology.
Prototyping
Prototype moulds, in-house sampling and tryout in the company technology centre before series production.
Assembled parts
Manual and automated assembly of ready-to-install plastic component assemblies, supported by full inspection.
