Injection molded parts
The Wolfgruben facility manufactures customer-specific 1K and 2K injection-moulded components using machines with 250–7,500 kN clamping force.
Roth Plastic Technology is the Dautphetal-Wolfgruben branch of Roth Werke GmbH and a specialist in custom injection-moulded plastic components. The site combines more than 50 years of plastics processing experience with product development, production engineering and support from initial design to serial manufacture.
Its injection moulding equipment covers 250–7,500 kN clamping force, including single- and two-component production. The company also integrates component finishing, assembly and plastic brush manufacture. Tooling projects, trials and production automation are coordinated for customer-specific products and assemblies.
The branch serves customers in automotive manufacturing, household appliances, mobile sanitary systems, industrial engineering and building technology. The official company presentation lists quality management according to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, environmental management according to ISO 14001 and EMAS, and CO2-neutral production at Wolfgruben since 2017. Roth Industries is the parent group; capacities of its other sites are not attributed to this branch.
The Wolfgruben facility manufactures customer-specific 1K and 2K injection-moulded components using machines with 250–7,500 kN clamping force.
Roth develops and manufactures engineered plastic components for industrial, automotive and household applications, supporting functionality and material choice.
Downstream production and assembly equipment supports finishing and the completion of customer-specific subassemblies.
Plastic-part design, process-oriented engineering, tool coordination and sampling are integrated into the product development workflow.
Roth coordinates tooling design and procurement and carries out supervised sampling on production injection moulding machines; no independent in-house toolshop is claimed.
The development process includes 3D-printed demonstrators, functional samples and initial small series, as appropriate to the project.
