Goletz GmbH is a family-run German plastics manufacturer based in Kierspe, founded in 1969. It supplies precision injection-moulded components and assembled plastic systems for automotive, furniture, consumer goods and other industrial applications. The company supports customers from initial consultation and product design through in-house toolmaking, injection moulding, automation, finishing and final assembly. Its 44 injection moulding machines cover clamping forces from 35 to 1,000 tonnes and part weights from 0.05 to 3,000 g. Capabilities include 1K–4K moulding, hard/soft combinations, insert moulding, IML, gas-assisted moulding and high-quality decorative surfaces. Toolmakers use Siemens NX and Moldflow, while automated cells integrate inserts, robotics and inspection. Goletz operates a 6,500 m² plant with around 100 employees, produces over 100 million parts annually and applies certified quality, environmental and energy management systems. The company offers assembly, plastics welding and project transfers.
Goletz produces thermoplastic precision parts using 44 injection moulding machines with 35–1,000 t clamping force and shot weights from 0.05 to 3,000 g. Production covers visible parts, technical components and series moulding.
In-house toolmaking develops, produces, maintains and repairs injection moulds using CNC milling, sinker EDM and wire EDM. Prototype and production moulds are sampled and supported throughout their service life.
Goletz uses Siemens NX CAD and Moldflow filling analyses to design products and injection moulds, identify potential moulding defects and optimise manufacturability before tool production.
The company assembles complete plastic modules using manual, semi-automated and automated processes. It integrates metal inserts, seals, springs and electronic components and offers ultrasonic, infrared, hot-gas and other plastics welding.
Goletz offers surface finishing including painting, laser marking, pad printing, PVD and chrome effects, and protective coatings. Automated and manual finishing is used for visible and functional plastic components.
