About Hermann Hauff GmbH & Co. KG

Hermann Hauff GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned German manufacturer of precision thermoplastic injection-moulded components and moulds. Founded in Pforzheim in 1966, the company operates at its Pforzheim-Büchenbronn site and supplies customised functional parts for automotive, household appliances, electrical engineering, medical technology and sanitary applications.

The company works with hydraulic and all-electric injection moulding machines, with clamping forces from 15 to 300 tonnes. Its 2025 environmental report records approximately 350 million moulded parts a year on a site of 3,246 m². Published part weights extend from 0.00038 to around 150 grams. Production technologies include multi-component moulding, insert moulding, reel-to-reel processing and automated handling.

Hauff supports mould engineering and development through the associated ProForm Formenbau company and offers automated assembly, hot-seal embossing and film or textile overmoulding. Quality systems are certified according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; the company also publishes EMAS environmental declarations.
