About Plasticwork S.r.l.
We have specialised in precision injection moulding of technical polymers since 1976, serving customers in fluid engineering, heating and plumbing, lighting, ventilation, gas and electrical applications. Our experience includes high-performance engineering materials and complex component requirements.
We manage the complete development and manufacturing cycle, from co-design and injection-mould design to in-house toolmaking, automated moulding, finishing and inspection. Our production equipment supports two-component moulding, gas assistance, overmoulding and advanced mould-temperature control.
We combine an integrated tool shop with continuous production and supplementary welding, pad printing and assembly services. We focus on reliable technical solutions, quality control and efficient use of energy and materials.

Our competencies
Injection and compression molds
We build, maintain and modify injection moulds in our in-house tool shop, supported by machining, grinding, EDM and mould-trial equipment.
Mold design
We design injection moulds using Unigraphics NX and Moldflow to refine tooling, processing and manufacturability.
Part design
We collaborate with customers on component co-design, material selection and the development of technical plastic parts.
Welded parts
We join thermoplastic components using ultrasonic and vibration welding as part of our secondary manufacturing operations.
Assembled parts
We carry out small-component assembly, including the installation of screws and inserts, to deliver ready-to-use parts.
Tampoprinted parts
We provide pad printing with up to four colours to customise plastic components, including parts with irregular surfaces.
