At Greminger Kunststofftechnik, we specialise in precision thermoplastic and thermoset injection moulding with integrated toolmaking in Kolsass, Tyrol. Our production approach combines technical consulting, material selection and component manufacturing for both small and large series. The business traces its roots to 1923 and has developed extensive expertise in plastic–metal components.
Our CNC-controlled injection moulding machines operate at clamping forces up to 100 tonnes. We process engineering materials such as PA6, PA66, PA12, POM, PBT, TPE, TPU, ABS, ASA, PC and PC/ABS as well as selected thermosets. An in-house toolmaking department uses CAD/CAM and CNC equipment to produce, optimise and adjust precision injection moulds.
Our work extends to assembly, ultrasonic welding and hot stamping. We manufacture technical components for diverse applications including electrical engineering, optics, pneumatics, automotive applications and medical technology, supporting customers from product and tooling decisions through series production.

Our in-house toolmaking department manufactures precision moulds for injection-moulded serial production. This capability enables direct adjustments to tooling and supports a smooth transition from mould construction to stable production. CNC machining and close coordination with moulding operations help maintain part quality and dimensional consistency.
We assemble individual components into functional groups and finished assemblies. Our production service extends beyond moulding to precise assembly operations, including combinations that require ultrasonic welding. Customers can obtain a more complete scope of component manufacturing and assembly from one supplier.
We develop and optimise injection moulds within our own toolmaking operation. CAD/CAM and CNC technology support precise tooling matched to the intended injection-moulded components. Short decision paths between design, mould manufacturing and serial production enable adjustments and process refinement.
Ultrasonic welding is one of our documented post-processing and assembly methods. We use this technique to join suitable components during the manufacture of assemblies. Its integration with injection moulding and assembly allows parts to be further processed within our production scope.
We assist customers with the design and technical specification of plastic components, including material selection and manufacturability considerations. Experience from injection moulding and in-house tooling is applied at an early stage to align component requirements with the production process. CAD/CAM capabilities support the practical implementation of moulded part solutions.
