About Plastron GmbH & Co. KG
Plastron GmbH & Co. KG is a family-operated plastics processor in Pockau-Lengefeld, Saxony, producing customer-specific injection-moulded parts and functional plastic systems. The business traces its plastics-processing roots to the mid-20th century and was re-established in its present independent form in 1994. It supplies technical components for automotive, medical-technology, electrical and mechanical-engineering applications.
Its operations combine thermoplastic injection moulding, metal insert overmoulding, mechanical and chemical secondary processing, pad printing and subassembly. Published injection moulding capabilities include up to 200 tonnes of clamping force, 360 g PS shot weight and microstructured components. Tool production is coordinated with experienced regional partners rather than presented as a fully in-house service.
Plastron also offers manual or automated assembly and requested functional or final tests, supported by measurement and quality assurance. The company reports 13 employees and maintains TÜV SÜD-certified quality and environmental management systems.
