Injection molded parts
Produces precision thermoplastic injection mouldings in automated single-, two- and three-component processes. Company-published clamping-force range is 80–350 t.
Stettler Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a German plastics processor based in Burgwindheim and part of the GIRA group. Founded in 1981, it focuses on demanding technical injection-moulded components for automotive, electrical, industrial equipment and medical-technology customers. Its services extend from technical consultation and process development to serial production and assembly.
The company reports approximately 130 employees and 75 injection-moulding machines, while its production page describes more than 75 systems covering 80–350 tonnes of clamping force. Automated manufacturing includes single- and multi-component processes, with tooling ranging from simple moulds to high-cavitation tools with up to 64 cavities and three components.
Stettler combines process engineering, CAD collaboration, in-process quality controls and customer-oriented delivery models including just-in-time, consignment and Kanban. Its published management systems include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and IATF 16949. A Romanian branch has supported its operations since 2006.
