Injection molded parts
Customer-specific thermoplastic series parts made on 26 injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 25 to 350 tonnes; optional automated handling and post-processing.
3D-Schilling GmbH is a German plastics development and production company based in Oberspier, a district of Sondershausen, Thuringia. For more than 30 years, it has supported customer projects from component design and first prototypes to mould construction, serial injection moulding, assembly and delivery. The company manufactures individual parts as well as multi-part assemblies to customer specifications.
The company operates 26 injection moulding machines covering clamping forces from 25 to 350 tonnes. Its integrated toolmaking department designs, builds, modifies and services injection moulds using CNC milling, EDM and other machining processes. Part design, Moldflow analyses and automated handling support the transition to serial production.
For prototyping and low-volume requirements, 3D-Schilling offers SLA/DLP, SLS, FDM and MJM additive manufacturing, as well as vacuum casting. Secondary services include pad printing, laser marking, ultrasonic welding and manual assembly. Its environmental management activities are documented in the German EMAS registry.
