About DeltAts Srl
DeltAts Srl is an Italian manufacturer of technically demanding plastic and plastic-metal components for automotive applications. Formed through the combination of Delta Components and ATS, the company develops and produces pressure-control and non-return valves, electrical connector frames, activated-carbon canisters and other functional vehicle components.
Its Loranzè operation combines product engineering, 3D CAD, material-flow analysis, rapid prototyping, in-house injection mold manufacturing and thermoplastic injection molding. A fleet of 30 hydraulic presses with clamping forces from 25 to 800 tonnes is supported by centralized polymer preparation and automated handling. Plastic-metal overmolding, automated assembly, ultrasonic and vibration welding, functional testing and marking are part of its production capabilities.
The business operates in two adjacent production units with 7,000 m² of covered space on a 30,000 m² site. This integrated setup supports both large-volume serial manufacturing and specialized automotive production.
