About Samiplast Srl

At Samiplast, we manufacture thermoplastic injection-moulded components in Cologno Monzese, near Milan. Our experience builds on the Sala family's involvement in the plastics sector since the early 1960s, with contract moulding and assembly activities dating from 1984.

Our production facilities include 12 robot-equipped injection-moulding machines with clamping forces from 160 to 1,100 tonnes. We process virgin and recycled thermoplastics and offer in-mould labelling (IML), assembly and packaging.

We serve customers with reusable industrial containers, waste-handling and food-service articles, household and garden products, toys and technical plastic components. Together with Sala Stampi Srl, we support projects from product development and tooling through moulding, assembly and packaging.

Our competencies

Injection molded parts

We manufacture injection-moulded components using 12 robot-equipped presses with clamping forces from 160 to 1,100 tonnes, processing both virgin and recycled thermoplastics.

Assembled parts

We provide contract assembly and packaging services for injection-moulded semi-finished and finished products.

Injection and compression molds

Together with Sala Stampi Srl, we support the design and manufacture of injection moulds for thermoplastic components, from initial project development to production tooling.

Mold design

Together with Sala Stampi Srl, we collaborate with customers on product engineering and injection-mould design, linking initial concepts with production requirements.
