Sicav Srl

Founded in 1984, Sicav Srl is an Italian manufacturer of plastic and sheet-metal components, with particular expertise in automotive applications. Operating from Frossasco near Turin, the company provides injection moulding, metal forming and component assembly for customers requiring repeatable industrial production. Its covered facilities extend over more than 6,000 m².

Sicav produces injection-moulded components used in vehicle interiors, including courtesy-light frames, roof structures, decorative components and door-panel parts. Its portfolio also includes polyurethane and nylon components for hydraulic and shock-absorber applications, as well as co-moulded nylon parcel-shelf tie rods with rubber inserts.

Beyond moulding, the company undertakes customer-specific mould construction, mould testing, manual and robot-assisted assembly, dimensional inspection and rapid prototyping. A dedicated metrology facility supports quality control with 3D measurement equipment and additional testing capabilities. Sicav also develops manufacturing processes with a focus on digitalisation and resource efficiency.
