At our Vienna production site, precision thermoplastic injection moulding supports the manufacture of customised technical components. Our processes include tool-based production from design through series supply, with an emphasis on repeatability and controlled quality. The site combines plastics production with in-house tooling and related metalworking capabilities. We produce precision technical plastic parts for industrial customers whose products require consistent geometry and performance. Our Vienna operation integrates component production with toolmaking and stamping expertise, enabling production-oriented support through development and manufacture. The Rejlek portfolio serves applications in automotive electrical systems, industrial electronics and medical technology, subject to the requirements of each project.

Injection mould design and manufacture are established capabilities at our Vienna plant. Our toolmaking team builds customised injection moulds, including multi-component and high-cavity tools, supported by CNC machining, EDM and metrology. This GPN category is used here specifically for documented injection moulds; manufacture of compression moulds has not been independently verified.

Our mould design process connects customer part requirements with feasible serial production. Engineers use three-dimensional design and simulation methods to plan injection moulds and related manufacturing equipment. Production-oriented engineering includes feasibility studies, mould-flow assessment and close coordination with the Vienna toolmaking operation.

Development support begins with an assessment of the functional component and its planned manufacturing process. We collaborate with customers on geometry, manufacturability and the transition to serial production. CAD-based development, feasibility checks and production-oriented optimisation help reconcile component function, tooling and cost targets.

Our manufacturing approach links plastic component production with subsequent assembly of functional units. The Rejlek production portfolio includes mechanical and thermal joining operations as well as purpose-built automated assembly systems.
