We manufacture injection moulds for serial production and prototype applications. In-house toolmaking supports the development and production of moulded plastic components. Our manufacturing capability includes precise toolmaking alongside EDM and other machining technologies. The official evidence confirms injection moulds, but does not independently establish compression-mould manufacture.

We supply technical assembly services and coordinate component finishing where required. KMT describes the assembly of customer-provided or internally manufactured components into functional modules. We produce custom injection-moulded plastic components at our Groß Siegharts manufacturing operation. Our moulding capability serves both small-batch orders and recurring series production. Technical plastic components are part of our core manufacturing range in Groß Siegharts. We work with customers developing new products, subsequent generations and replacement parts for mature product lines. Our production combines plastics processing with in-house tooling and engineering support. Our CAD/CAM-supported engineering capability forms part of our in-house mouldmaking service. We develop production-oriented tooling solutions for injection moulding projects and prototype requirements. Integration between design and manufacturing helps us coordinate tool development with downstream component production. We work from customer requirements through to industrial implementation.

We support product design and three-dimensional engineering in cooperation with our customers. Our own research and development function is described on the company website. Design work can be coordinated with prototyping, toolmaking and manufacturing activities. The service is used to develop practical components and assemblies based on specific project requirements.

We provide prototypes and initial samples as part of our engineering and tooling activities. KMT manufactures prototype injection moulds as well as moulds for small and preliminary series. Additive manufacturing is available for economical first samples. The company lists 3D-printing equipment with a working size of up to 200 × 200 × 300 mm.
