Since 1979, Lopigom has developed and manufactured precision sealing solutions and technical components in rubber, thermoplastic elastomers and engineering plastics. Our product portfolio includes O-rings, gaskets, customised rubber parts and injection-moulded plastic components for demanding industrial applications.
Our production combines rubber injection and compression moulding with a dedicated thermoplastics facility. Two-component moulding, rubber–plastic–metal overmoulding, prototyping, material selection and advanced surface treatments allow us to develop solutions tailored to technical drawings and application-specific requirements.

Lopigom supports customers from initial design and material selection to testing, manufacturing and inspection, with products supplied to international markets.
Our thermoplastics operations produce custom injection-moulded technical components in engineering polymers and thermoplastic elastomers. Two-component injection moulding and rubber–plastic–metal overmoulding are available for suitable component designs.

Functional surface treatments such as PTFE and plasma-based processes are selected for appropriate rubber or plastic components to support friction and performance requirements.
