Techpol S.r.l.

Founded in 1978 by Maurizio and Giuliano Romagnoli, Techpol S.r.l. is an Italian specialist in design, engineering and thermoplastic injection moulding. Its headquarters are in Morro d’Alba (Ancona), and its business serves automotive, electrotechnical, fitness and other technically demanding markets.

Techpol integrates product co-design, research and prototyping with moulding, automation, metrology and final assembly. Manufacturing capabilities include bi-material injection moulding, metal replacement solutions, projectile injection technology, gas-assisted moulding and multiple plastic-welding processes.

The company reports a machine fleet of over 50 injection moulding presses and operates an automated production and logistics system. A 1,100-tonne bi-material press was introduced in November 2025, followed by a 1,300-tonne Negri Bossi press in June 2026.
