Plast e-Concept is a French injection-moulding specialist based in Arzal, Brittany. We support customers from the first design discussions through industrialisation and series production of technical thermoplastic components. Our engineers review geometry, materials and tooling to develop practical injection-ready parts.
Our automated manufacturing cells combine hybrid injection presses with three-axis robots and production monitoring. We mould a broad selection of thermoplastics, including PA, POM, PC, ABS and PP, for small, medium and larger production runs. Depending on project needs, we also coordinate insert placement, assembly, marking and surface-finishing operations. Injection moulds are manufactured by specialist French partners.
At Arzal, we maintain and store customer tooling and trace materials, production and deliveries through our management system. Our approach combines process repeatability, traceability and cost control with practical recycling measures. Selected reference projects include electronic housings, refill-container caps and moulded consumer accessories.
Injection moulding is the core of our Arzal production operation. Automated hybrid presses and three-axis robots produce components in both standard and engineering thermoplastics. We support short, medium and high-volume projects, with multi-cavity tooling and process traceability. Material selection can include virgin and recycled polymers where technically appropriate.
We manufacture customer-specific technical plastic components with documented geometry and processing requirements. Our published examples include electronic housings, covers and protective components. Project teams review part design, material choice and manufacturability before launching production. Traceability extends from material receipt to dispatch.
Component assembly and finishing are available alongside injection production. Depending on a customer programme, operations can include insert fitting, seals, marking and dedicated assembly lines. The SANBUÉ project is a documented example combining injection moulding and assembly. The specific processes used are determined for each order.
Our design office supports product engineering with SOLIDWORKS and customer 3D files in STEP, PARASOLID and IGES formats. Design reviews consider tool feasibility, material choice and downstream injection production. Technical dossiers consolidate development and production information. This support extends from first design assessment to industrialisation.
Injection-mould design and industrialisation are coordinated with specialist mouldmakers. We review tooling requirements, including single- and multi-cavity production, and supervise the design-to-production transition. Physical mould manufacture is performed by French partner companies, not presented as an in-house toolmaking operation. Our own workshop maintains and repairs production tooling.
Product validation can include physical prototype parts before tooling investment. The engineering workflow refers to additive manufacturing routes such as laser sintering, filament deposition and stereolithography, supported by available group or partner resources. Prototypes enable form and functional checks ahead of series industrialisation. Specific methods are confirmed for each customer project.
